Kill Team `24: Spec Ops Missions and Cards

This is the second part of the Kill Team `24 Spec Ops series. In this post, we will cover the Spec Ops Missions and Cards that are available for the game.
As part of a Narrative Campaign, players can choose a Spec Ops Mission to be completed over the course of several games. A Spec Ops Mission features a series of Spec Ops which are used along side Tac Ops to score Victory Points. A Spec Op can only be completed once per game, and its VP counts as a TacOp VP for the purposes of scoring limitations.
Spec Op Missions
ELIMINATION
Intelligence reports confirm multiple hostile kill teams converging on this strategic sector. Their presence threatens to destabilize your faction's supply lines and staging areas. Your operatives must strike decisively - first to disrupt their reconnaissance efforts, then to methodically dismantle their chain of command. Every hour they remain entrenched makes their position stronger. Failure is not an option.
Your operatives must strike from the shadows - gathering vital data on enemy commanders, weakening their forces through calculated attacks, and orchestrating the perfect moment to spring your trap.
Complete five games in which you scored victory points from the ‘Mark Target’, ‘Execution’ and/or ‘Rob and Ransack’ Spec Op.The enemy leadership is exposed and their forces are scattered. Now is the time to deliver the killing blow. Your mission is clear - hunt down and eliminate their commander. Only their death will ensure our dominance in this sector.

- You gain one Requisition point.
- The friendly operative that scored you victory points from the ‘Headhunter’ Spec Op earns 5 XP. This is not affected by a passed Casualty test.

Whispers speak of an ancient technological relic of immense power buried in this region. Your kill team must verify these claims and secure this priceless archeotech before it falls into enemy hands. Command considers this acquisition paramount.
Scan the surrounding structures methodically for energy signatures. By gathering enough trace readings, your kill team can pinpoint the archeotech's exact location in this maze of ruins.
Complete five games in which you scored victory points from the ‘Seize Ground’ and/or ‘Vantage’ Spec Op.The archeotech's location is confirmed. Strike now, while your foes remain ignorant of its true potential. Seize the relic and ensure its safe delivery to command at all costs.
Complete a game in which you scored victory points from the ‘Retrieval’ Spec Op.Commendations

PERFORM RITUAL
The conflict escalates, draining blood and materiel with each passing day. Your kill team must enact an intricate series of rites to harness the powers that will ensure triumph.
Each sacred ceremony must be performed with precision. Guard your ritualists as they work - any interference from hostile forces could unravel everything you've prepared.
Complete five games in which you scored victory points from the ‘Hold the Line’ and/or ‘Protect Assets’ Spec Op.The preliminary rites are complete. Execute the final ritual with unwavering resolve, and unleash the power that will break your enemies.

INFILTRATE THE ENEMY

Gather everything needed for perfect deception: enemy gear, security protocols, patrol schedules, and base layouts. Your operative's cover must be flawless to penetrate their ranks.
Complete five games in which you scored victory points from the ‘Rob and Ransack’, ‘Implant’ and/or ‘Behind Enemy Lines’ Spec Op.The groundwork is laid and the plan is set. Your operative will now slip into the enemy's ranks like a blade between armor plates, ready to strike at the perfect moment.

PURGE ORDER
There can be no ambiguity in your message of strength. Your kill team's directive is clear - unleash devastating force and eliminate every enemy operative without mercy.
Secure your position and draw out the enemy kill teams into the open. Once they are exposed, launch an overwhelming assault that leaves no survivor to tell the tale.
Complete five games in which you scored victory points from the ‘Deadly Marksman’, ‘Rob and Ransack’ and/or ‘Execution’ Spec Op.As your enemies stagger from your onslaught, hammer them without respite until they shatter. True dominance is achieved only when their defeat is absolute.

Through contested zones crawling with enemy kill teams, your operatives must forge a path to extraction. Speed is essential - lingering means death.
Complete five games in which you scored victory points from the ‘Overrun’, ‘Vantage’ or ‘Triangulate’ Spec Op.The sanctuary of friendly lines beckons, but exhaustion weighs heavy on your team. Despite their fatigue, they must summon their remaining strength for one final push to salvation.
Complete a game in which you scored victory points from the ‘Behind Enemy Lines’ or ‘Interloper’ Spec Op.Commendations
- You gain three Requisition points.
- After the battle, all friendly operatives pass Casualty and Recovery tests.
EXTRACTION
A critical asset has fallen into your kill team's hands - intelligence, technology, or a high-value target. The enemy will stop at nothing to claim this prize, and you must endure their onslaught until reinforcements arrive.
Your operatives must locate and fortify a position that can withstand the coming storm. The asset must be protected, regardless of the cost in blood.
Complete five games in which you scored victory points from the ‘Hold the Line’ and/or ‘Damage Limitation’ Spec Op.Enemy kill teams press in from every direction, threatening to overwhelm your defenses. The extraction craft approaches - your warriors need only survive these final, brutal moments.

Complete five games in which you scored victory points from the ‘Execution’, ‘Headhunter’ or ‘Rout’ Spec Op.Standing at the precipice of redemption, your kill team can glimpse salvation. In these final moments, a hero must emerge to wash away their disgrace and carve their name into martial legend.

When enemy raiders emerge from the shadows, your kill team must respond with immediate and decisive force to protect what you've claimed.
Complete five games in which you scored victory points from the ‘Protect Assets’ and/or ‘Plant Banner’ Spec Op.Days of constant skirmishes have taken their toll on your weary operatives, but they cannot falter. Relief forces approach - your warriors need only maintain their vigil a while longer.

ELIMINATE OBSTACLE
(Eulicidian Starstriders only) [For the purposes of a mission’s Spec Ops bonus, this Spec Op is considered an ‘Elimination’ Spec Op.] Your benefactor's trade empire faces obstruction, and peaceful negotiation has failed. The Rogue Trader demands a complete solution: the rival's influence must be systematically dismantled through force, finance, and fear.
While economic pressure mounts in the trading halls, your kill team strikes from the shadows at the enemy's power base, eliminating key allies and leaving their backers vulnerable to both bankruptcy and blade.
Complete five games in which you scored victory points from the ‘Claim for House Vhane’, ‘Reputation to Maintain’ and/or ‘Challenge’ Spec Op.The rival's empire crumbles as their supporters flee or fall.
